Conference Facilities at Mandalay

The Mandalay Conference Centre has been the destination of choice for numerous successful conferences, team building sessions, product launches, company meetings and even Christmas parties over the years. Overlooking the garden and pool, this air-conditioned space comes furnished with a pull-down screen, flip chart and pens, white board, TV, DVD player and overhead projector as standard. Other equipment such as data projectors may be hired in on your behalf.

The room can comfortably accommodate 45 delegates cinema style, 24 horse shoe or 36classroom style. Catering is done either in-house or by professional service providers who are able to cater for all needs, including any special dietary requirements that are advised. And it's only customary to join us in our entertainment area for a couple of sundowners when the business day is done!

Perfect for those hot summer days and balmy Durban nights, this thatched Guest Lounge and Bar has played host to several intimate birthday parties, engagement celebrations and baby showers over the years. An ideal space for smaller corporate meetings and events, this venue accommodates 12 delegates cinema style, 7 horse shoe style and 10 classroom style

GUEST LOUNGE CONFERENCE RATES
Having recognised the need for a smaller space allowing for greater interaction between delegates, this venue is ideal for groups of up to 12 delegates. Air-conditioned and equipped with a mobile pull-down screen, flip chart and pens, white board, TV, DVD player and overhead projector. Other equipment such as data projectors may be hired in on your behalf.
